For the past ten years we have been making maple syrup with 250 buckets, just enough to give away to friends and family. Loving the process and products, we decided to make the jump to 6,500 taps (crazy, we know!). Our current sugarhouse was transformed from an old dairy barn, now complete with our new gasification wood fired evaporator. Long work days help create a pristine facility showcasing maple syrup production on a large scale.
We are now able to offer other maple enthusiasts equipment, aiding them in their maple production.
